Cookies and analytics

KullaTech does not set cookies on this website. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors.

Some content on the site is provided by third parties and is subject to their own privacy terms:

  • Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address.
  • The domain check, which is provided by EasyDMARC. The domain you enter, and any details you choose to give EasyDMARC, are processed by them under their privacy policy. That tool may use its own cookies.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Website hosting and delivery (Amazon Web Services)
  • DNS, security and website analytics (Cloudflare)
  • Email services used to send and receive our correspondence

We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact
  • Client project records: for the duration of the engagement and as long afterwards as required for legal, tax and contractual purposes
  • Website statistics: in aggregated form, with no data that identifies you

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Email contact@kullatech.com and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

Security

We protect the data we hold with access controls, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and the same practices we apply for clients.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
