Why this matters
Most incidents start on a single device: a malicious attachment, a fake update, a stolen browser session or a missing patch. Antivirus alone catches known malware. It does not tell you when an attacker is quietly using legitimate tools on a machine.
Asset Protection combines endpoint detection and response with patching, so threats are spotted and contained, and the weaknesses they use are closed.
What we do
- Managed detection and response: an agent on each device, with suspicious behaviour investigated by a security operations team around the clock.
- Isolation and remediation: an affected machine can be cut off from the network within minutes while the threat is removed.
- Operating system and third-party patching: Windows and common applications such as browsers, PDF readers and runtimes, updated on a controlled schedule.
- Patch rings: a small test group first, then everyone, so a bad update does not reach the whole company at once.
- Device inventory: every protected device listed with its patch level and protection status.
How it works
- Deploy. Agents rolled out to all devices remotely, usually within a day.
- Baseline. We review what the agents find in the first week and clean up existing issues.
- Patch policy. Rings, maintenance windows and reboot rules agreed with you.
- Operate. Alerts handled, patches applied, exceptions tracked.
- Report. Monthly summary of incidents, patch compliance and devices at risk.

Common questions
Does this replace our antivirus?
It works alongside Microsoft Defender, which is already built into Windows, and adds managed detection, investigation and response on top.
Will patching interrupt people?
Patches install in agreed windows and reboots can be deferred. Critical security fixes are the only exception, and we agree how they are handled in advance.
Which devices are covered?
Windows and macOS workstations and Windows servers. Linux servers are covered by agreement.
